urgent call international to stop the restarting Japanese nuclear plant
Despite nuclear radiation disaster is still spreading,Japanese government are ready to restart nuclear plant Tomari No3.,located in Hokkaido.
At Tomari nuclear plant,final test is on stage today and 10.Aug.Then with the result government nuclear safety committee will make final decision on 11 Aug.
But as you might know,this process is just exude to restart,so Japanese government already have been drawing the map to restart nukes's plant.
